Living Coral: Pantone's colour of the year for 2019
Living coral. A funky name that describes the new colour of the year 2019, which hides behind the Pantone code 16-1546. Described as “vibrant, yet mellow, it embraces us with warmth and nourishment to provide comfort and buoyancy in our continually shifting environment”
It is predicted to dominate the design industry over the next year, if not longer!... Or did it already start a while ago without even noticing it? Or is it a sort of natural evolution after the massive copper and blush trend we have seen for so many years?
All I know is that the Esprit orange coral umbrella I bought a few weeks ago is absolutely spot on for my walks in the rain around town... :-)
