My brainstorming session starts with a personal home visit, which will last up to an hour. During that time, I try to understand how do you live (in which environment, how is your house/flat organised and decorated, etc), what art/music do you like etc. Towards the end of our meeting, we will discuss with you next steps.

People usually say that a 'cosmetic renovation' can make you quick profits but that doesn’t mean that everyone knows how to achieve great results. So here I am to help you! My session starts with a discussion about where you are at in terms of property sale, your expectations etc. The overall visit will last up to 60 min. During that time, I will walk around the property to get a feel for it and analyze the areas that could be good for improvement. At the end of our meeting, I will give you a few tips and come back to you with a list of points to work on in order to make your property more appealing to a potential buyer. Once you have my list, you can feel free to ask me a few questions. I can give you an idea of costs over the phone and if you agree to go ahead with me and my team of trade people, we will work on the improvement of your house/flat within agreed time-frame.

Perfect idea for a person looking to focus on a certain area of their property: a bedroom, the living room or another area? The work I will undertake is to analyze the specific area and come back with a moodboard made of various samples, products pictures or rough sketches, but also with a placement of some products (i.e cushions/woven baskets etc) to assist the person to visualize the fresh look.
